KCET : Application Form, Exam, Syllabus, Eligibility, Pattern, Question Papers

KCET: Karnataka Examination Authority will soon release the KCET application form at the official website. Candidates will be able to fill KCET application form at kea.kar.nic.in. The application process of KCET comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents and payment of fee. KCET application form will be available online only. KEA will notify KCET exam date in the official notification. Applicants are advised to keep track of KCET exam date to avoid missing any event related to the exam. After the conclusion of registration process, KEA will commence the KCET application form correction facility. Candidates who made any mistake at the time of filling the application form will be able to make corrections in KCET application form through correction facility. Successfully registered candidates will be issued KCET admit card a few days before the exam. Candidates appearing in the exam have to carry their KCET admit card along with one valid photo ID proof. KEA will release the KCET answer key a few days after the conclusion of the exam. Applicants will be allowed to raise objections in the KCET answer key. After reviewing all the objections, the exam authority will release the final answer key along with the declaration of KCET result. What is the duration of KCET UGET exam?

Karnataka Examination Authority conducts KCET Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics paper in separate slots. Each paper of KCET exam 2024 is conducted for 80 minutes. The Kannada language exam of KCET will be conducted for 60 minutes for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates. KCET exam Biology and Mathematics exam will be conducted on same day while Physics & Chemistry exam will be conducted on separate day. Applicants are not allowed to leave the KCET 2024 exam hall before the conclusion of the exam. There will be no break in the KCET exam. The shift 1 exam of KCET 2024 will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 11.50 AM while shift 2 will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 3.50 PM.

What are the items required to be carried along KCET admit card at the exam centre?

Applicants appearing in the exam have to carry their KCET hall ticket 2024 along with one valid photo ID proof. Candidates are also allowed to carry their personal pen/pencil and face mask inside the exam centre. Applicants are advised not to carry any item restricted inside the exam centre. What type of questions are asked in KCET paper?

Karnataka Examination Authority mentions the KCET 2024 exam pattern in the official notification. KCET 2024 exam comprises multiple choice questions. Each question in KCET exam 2024 will have 4 alternatives. Applicants have to mark their answers in OMR sheet provided at the time of exam. There will be only one correct option to each question asked in the KCET exam. There will be no numerical type questions. Applicants have to mark their final answers only from the alternatives provided in the question booklet. There will be no question in KCET 2024 question paper with multiple correct alternatives.
